Dad says: Thank you for the comments That's an oldish photo so she's a bit bigger than that now, Lauren. She's feeding really well - at least one mouse a week sometimes two. Dad can't fill her up - lol.

They get to around five and a half feet when fully grown, Jimmy. They are a very, very heavily bodied snake. They need very humid conditions, especially when young. When they are feeding properly they are gluttons. ;D

Do they eat large rats when adults due to their heavy bodies? Do you have any recent pics?

Yes - she will eat large rats when fully grown. No - I haven't got any recent pictures of her - I'll take some of her next week!
