Me too! (but you know that Lauren - LOL). I keep three species of Rhac; auriculatus, ciliatus and leachianus henkeli.
I breed r. ciliatus and am hoping to breed auriculatus this year.
My leachie is my pride and joy. He is around six months old, is five inches total length and weighs 12gms. I only have to wait another four years or so for him to reach his adult size of ten inches! Lauren brought him back from Hamm last September for me (its great having friends like her!!). ;D

I wish I had the room to buy more! I would love to be a big time cresty breeder, wouldn't that be cool? I hope I have a pair so I can breed them later on in the year. Angi when were you going to breed yours?
Jackie do you have any eggs incubating now? How many eggs do you think you will get this year?

Jimmy, I got my Cresteds two years ago and were adults then. I got them from Terry Thatcher and he had had hatchlings from them. At a guess I'd say they were approx. 5 or 6 years old. I haven't got any eggs at the moment as I've only recently put my male back in with the females. I think Lauren has Crested eggs. The number of eggs I get this year will depend on how long I leave the male in. Both my females were ill last year due to an over-enthusiastic male - one female had low calcium levels and the other was egg bound. Both are fine and healthy now!
Lauren I saw your new Crested today at the shop - they are all gorgeous but I think I know which one you'll pick! Fingers crossed the sarasin lays - I'm excited and she isn't even mine!!
