Which one is Claudia? The mother refused her food last night, so she is probably going to slough first. She was pretty annoyed with me for removing her eggs and I cant say I can blame her! Angi

Congratulations Angi, those ones look much better than the first clutch you had. How are those doing by the way? Good luck with both clutches hopefully you'll have some hatchlings in a few weeks.

Well one is still worth it don't you think? I would love to star breeding reptiles. I have a pregnant guinea pig at the moment though so I need to get her through it before I think about more reptiles! Good luck with them all

Well one of our females has finally laid - about 25 eggs (we can only see 23 but it looks like there's the odd one in the middle). Dad was starting to get a bit anxious as she shed seven days ago. Just have to wait for the other female to lay now!

25, thats brilliant, do you have a homemade rack for when they hatch? We are thinking about making one next month.

No dad doesn't have a rack system. He just uses cricket boxes which are then lined up on a shelf with a long heat-mat underneath.

The eggs are starting to dimple so it shouldnt be long now. We will be lucky if 8 hatch out as a few arent looking so good now. Fingers crossed
