We'd just put them in a large container while we cleaned them out.The female opened her mouth as the male walked towards her,it must have been to warn him off? They were fine with each other just a few seconds after the photo was taken

Just wondered coz I've never seen mine do that. Probably was a bit stressed out at being moved - they stress a bit too easily!

They didnt appear to be stressed, they seemed to enjoy exploring. When put in the box the male walked up behind the female and grabbed a hold off the top of its tail, she turned round and opened her mouth like this twice and he let go and backed off. I thought he might want to mate and she didnt!
