Our femail U Ebenaui has looked gravid since we got her a few weeks ago. This morning we have discovered two eggs, one at the base of a piece of wood and one is nearby but looks squashed up against the side of the enclosure. Im going to get them out soon to put them in a little incubating box. ;D

Ive scooped the eggs out using a spoon taking great care not to touch them and scooping up some of the cocofibre aswell to use for incubating. The eggs are soft, they dont have hard shells, does this mean that they are not viable? The geckos get there crickets dusted with calcium at every feed. We also gutload our crickets with salad veg. Do you give gravid female extra supplementation somehow? Does anyone have experience with these?

I am constantly getting soft eggs, if they stay soft then they are infertile. If they go hard then they are fertile, they usually go hard after about half an hour after laying.
