I used to work here, it was my first experience with herps and how I found my love for them....I thought they were great!! Then after getting into herps more and more, I found that they arent that great at all!! Specially ordered in stock for customers gets forgotten to be ordered, the manager they employed new F@£& all about reptiles and they are very rude...all stand at till area drinking coffee.

They have got rid of the old thingyty manager and the 2 staff that are in there now are extremely knowledgeable and helpful........well done cotswold reptiles ;D!!!!
