When shall we hold our July meeting?

With the Norwich show being on the last Sunday of the month, it would probably be wise to hold our meeting on another day. Does anyone have any specific day in mind?
Shall we hire a function room? We would all need to chip in for it though, unless someone can find a one that is free. Im going to ask about our hospitals social clubs function room , to see if they charge.

why not hold it either a week early or a week late? A function room sounds like a good idea then we can bring along some of our scaley friends! lol
