Our sister in law has a male fantasy corn snake. He usually poos a couple of times between feeds. Lately he has passed a skull in the second poo between feeds, two times now. Has anyone else ever experienced this? None of our snakes have ever done this. Angi

hmm, the only thing I can think of is that it is too cold for it to digest the food- try upping the temperature and see if that helps..

cool- it is probably something like that as thats the only thing I can really think of that would cause the rodent to be undigested...

Internal parasites could cause partially undigested food. Maybe if it continues to do it after the temps are fine she should take a fecal sample to the vets?

I forgot to post a reply here The snake is now passing normal snakey poos , so whatever the cause , it seems it was a temporary problem

Great news, I bet your sister-in-law is really happy. I'm glad it wasn't anything serious.
